I had a really frustrating experience at this hotel. The initial room booking for my family was completely wrong, causing us to spend a miserable night cramped together. On the positive side, the overall atmosphere of the hotel is lively and there are several amenities, but my trust in the Hilton brand has definitely been shaken.
